My best art from the past 20 years:
************
I use Sharpies and other alcohol markers, Crayola and Prismacolor pencils, Micron and Prismacolor fineliners, gel pens, Inktense pencils, acrylic paints, Posca pens, Triplus markers, and other pens in these pieces. I also have some digital art drawn in Photoshop. Most of them are untitled. I used to have some of these posted on Deviantart.com and they had titles, but I'm no longer on that site, and I forgot what I titled them! :D
----------------------------------
A drawing I've had hidden away in my sketchbook for a couple of years. Today I decided to make it a fall-themed thing.
10/2/2025: I actually sketched this design out years ago for a commissioned piece. It was originally done in rainbow colors, cause that's what the person wanted. For these versions, I removed some details of the design, and used different colors.

10/2/2025: "Squiggle Clock" I have a jar with bits of paper on my desk. Various drawing prompts are written on the bits of paper. Today I pulled out one with the word "pendulum" on it. So I drew a whole clock. :) Inspired by antique gingerbread clocks.
10/1/2025: "Queen Of Spades"
9/29/2025: Redraw of two of my older pieces from 2014. I changed up the colors
a bit. I didn't scan these, because it ends up ruining the colors. I
just took photos of them with my phone. These were drawn on smooth
Strathmore bristol.
Another character I invented, His name is Merrick. He's afraid of teddy bears and fights them with a plunger. :D
"Plunger and Broom"
"Walkin the Dawg"
"Clock No. 13" Inspired by another artist's piece by the same name. No, I didn't copy it. Theirs was much more amazing than this, and was totally different. I've tried finding the piece again on Deviantart, but since its from over a decade ago, it doesn't show up in the search. :( If I ever find who the artist is, I'll credit them here for the inspiration. Look at all my marker streaks! :D
Inspired by an old poster of a dancer that I cant remember the name of. :D When I was still on Deviantart, I would draw a Queen of Hearts around Valentines day every year.
"Orange"
"Gyroids""Grackles"
When my kids were little, I used to write funny stories for them about a girl named Arraddy. This is Arraddy. I used to draw her a lot.
More characters from those stories.
"Hello Sweetie" Acrylic on canvas board.
This was for Color and Design class. Gouache on some kind of art board.
Acrylic on canvas board. Old doll faces and stuff glued to the board.

I've always loved drawing word art and doing calligraphy.
"Baby Baby Baby"
"Bad Hair Day"
A drawing of Boy George I did in 1983. I think I was in 8th or 9th grade. It has a 2008 watermark because I uploaded it to Deviantart that year.
A drawing of my daughter anime style.
"Granny Creak's Burp Juice"
"Buttons" More Sharpie streaks!
When I was little, I imagined traffic lights as some sort of one-eyed face. :D This is how I imagined them.
Jolly Toys made a set of oddball looking dolls in 1963. I had two of them. I made wacky outfits for them and drew them.

In 2014 I hand drew and cut out a ton of small valentines cards. I gave most of them away.
"Art Block"
"Anya" Another one of my dolls was my drawing model for this one.
Drawn in Photoshop.
"Jpeg" Another one of my dolls.
"Hearts"
"Diamonds"
"Clubs" I scanned the original drawings in this series, and I hate the way the scanner washed out the colors. The above photo is closer to the way the drawings really look. I plan on redrawing this series in the near future. :)
"Choco Pink"
"Ruki Balihogn" I drew another doll from my collection.
"Darth Shemp" My shoulder angel. :D
"Della and the Dealer"
Things I doodled while on break at work.

"Dotty" Acrylic paint on paper.
More hand drawn Valentines.
"Not Doin Nothin"
Detail from a design, I used sparkly gel pens on it and tried to get a photo that would show it.
"Flowery Face"
Drawn with Inktense pencils.
"Gilligan"
"Glory" Drawn in Photoshop."Gnarly Barbarians" Based on my best friend and me in 1986.
"Grandpa Jones"

These two are inspired by antique gingerbread clocks.

Two more drawings of Ivan.
A vintage cat figurine.
"Merrick's Expressions"
"Mrs Slocombe"
"Not Listening"
Paul King drawn with a black Prismacolor colored pencil.

Paul King drawn with a black Prismacolor colored pencil.
A pattern tile I drew in Photoshop. I've used it for my backgrounds and on Spoonflower.com as a fabric and paper pattern.
"Tea Time With Pinkie" Another streaky Sharpie drawing! The first one is the scanned drawing. The second one I edited in Photoshop. "Peppermint Chalet" I used to paint old cuckoo clock cases and resell them. This was just an idea I had at the time.A squirrel drawn with Sharpies. Inspired by the many squirrels in our yard. No, the squirrel doesnt have just three legs. I used an actual photo I took of a squirrel on our tree for this one. :)
"Princess Pencilneck"
A poster I made for work. Acrylic on posterboard.
I gave up on having titles on some of my portrait drawings. I did so many... People ask me, "who is that? It's not a portrait of a real person. I just made up the faces for most of them. All the black and white ones were drawn with Sharpies and various black fineliners.
"Sundae"
"Strange Things"
"Still Queen"
"Standing In The Light"
"Squirrelses"
"Sharpie Blue"
"Saddle Shoes"
Three of the same drawing done at different times. The first one I drew in Photoshop from a scanned idea from my sketchbook. The second was done with Sharpies, and the third with colored pencil and watercolors. I think I like the middle one the best.
"Watching" We had a neighborhood cat lady across the street. Every time she'd open her door, a flood of cats would come out. :( I hated it because they'd stalk the birds and squirrels in our yard. I don't blame the cats. They're just cats. I blame the stupid cat lady!
"Manly Flowers" My former angry-looking boss surrounded with flowers. :D
Detail from a commissioned piece.
"Wish You Were Here" "Work'
